Chop the onions, quarter the cucumbers, dice the meat, chop the couverture - a cutting board has to put away a lot during its long working life. Therefore, Zassenhaus selects durable rubber tree, acacia and teak wood for its high-quality models. All woods come from selected forest areas as well as sustainable plantation cultivation. The boards made of end-wood are particularly solid. In this special type of production, the wood is cut across the trunk and then put together in cubes - you can tell from the lively structure. As with all products, Zassenhaus attaches great importance to aesthetics and function to its cutting boards. Because with the right tools, preparing delicious food is twice as fun.
