The ceramic grinder is made in Germany. It is fired at 1,700° C, resistant to corrosion and wear, and harder than steel. Black or white pepper is ground precisely – in six settings, from ultra-fine (1) to coarsely crushed (6). You can set the grinding level using the scale on the bottom of the mill, and intermediate settings are also possible. Your setting remains precise, even when refilling the mill. The grinder is suitable for pepper, salt, spices, and dried herbs.
