The ceramic grinding mechanism is Made in Germany. Fired at 1,700° C, it is resistant to corrosion and wear, and harder than steel. Black or white pepper is ground with precision – in six adjustable settings, from ultra-fine (1) to coarsely crushed (6). You set the grind level using the scale on the bottom of the mill, and intermediate levels are also possible. Your chosen setting remains exact, even during refilling. The grinder is suitable for pepper, salt, spices, and dried herbs.
