All models feature the patented high-performance ceramic grinder.

The ceramic grinder is Made in Germany. It is fired at 1,700° C, is resistant to corrosion and wear, and harder than steel. Black or white pepper is ground with precision—adjustable in six settings from ultra-fine (1) to coarsely crushed (6). You set the grind level using the scale at the bottom of the mill; intermediate levels are also possible. Your setting remains exact, even when refilling the mill. The grinder is suitable for pepper, salt, spices, and dried herbs.
