Seamless quality. The BERLIN pepper and salt mill in a cool cast iron look by ZASSENHAUS fits perfectly into modern kitchens and complements any tableware. The body, made of durable beech wood, is crafted from a single piece of wood in numerous production steps. Tough and even harder than steel: the patented high-performance ceramic grinder.
The ceramic grinder is Made in Germany. Fired at 1,700° C, it is resistant to corrosion and wear, and harder than steel. Black or white pepper is ground precisely – in six settings from ultra-fine (1) to coarsely crushed (6). You can adjust the grind using the scale at the base of the mill; intermediate levels are also possible. Your setting always remains precise, even after refilling. The grinder is suitable for pepper, salt, spices, and dried herbs.
