The ceramic grinder is Made in Germany. Fired at 1,700° C, it is immune to corrosion and wear and is harder than steel. Black or white pepper is ground with precision in six settings – from ultra-fine (1) to coarsely crushed (6). The grind level is set using the scale at the base of the mill, and intermediate levels are also possible. Your chosen setting stays reliably in place, even when refilling. The grinder is suitable for pepper, salt, spices, and dried herbs.
