The patented precision grinder is made of ceramic and fired at 1,700° C. This makes it harder than steel, corrosion-free, and resistant to wear. For individual enjoyment of pepper, salt, dried herbs, and spices, the grinder can be adjusted to six different settings, from powder-fine to extra coarse. The highlight: the selected grind setting is retained even after refilling and is always visible on a scale. The spindle is mounted at three points – ensuring smooth guidance and consistent results. When the mill is empty, it can be refilled with ease and is quickly ready for use again. The design is equally well thought out.
