The work board, which can be used on both sides, is made from sustainably grown rubberwood end grain. End grain is cut across the trunk, the fibres close quickly and the wood is particularly hard-wearing. The head gluing provides even more resilience. You can attach the beautifully grained board to the edge of your worktop using the stop edge. This gives it a firm stand and means it is always ready to hand. The clever edge is also helpful if you leave the board upright to dry after wiping. The juice channel is also well thought out and proves its worth when cutting meat or fruit for fruit salad.
