Zassenhaus - pepper mill - 18 cm - cast iron/olive

As modern as the trade fair city of Lower Saxony, the HANNOVER pepper and salt mill by ZASSENHAUS presents itself. Its slim body is visually divided into two sections. The lower part is made of beech wood with a black, robust cast iron look. Above a stainless steel ring sits the upper part made of characterful olive wood. The high-performance ceramic grinder is a class of its own.

The ceramic grinder is Made in Germany. It is fired at 1,700° C, resistant to corrosion and wear, and harder than steel. Black or white pepper is ground precisely – in six settings, from ultra-fine (1) to coarsely crushed (6). You can set the grind level using the scale on the bottom of the mill, and intermediate levels are also possible. Your setting remains exactly the same, even when refilling the mill. The grinder is suitable for pepper, salt, spices, and dried herbs.

Note: The cap nut is labeled with P (pepper) and S (salt) accordingly.
