The ceramic grinder is Made in Germany. Fired at 1,700° C, it is resistant to corrosion and wear and is harder than steel. Black or white pepper is ground precisely in six settings – from ultra-fine (1) to coarsely crushed (6). The grind level is set on the scale at the base of the mill, and intermediate levels are also possible. Your chosen setting remains exactly in place, even after refilling. The grinder is suitable for pepper, salt, spices, and dried herbs.
